CAD
SceneLux design custom sheet metalwork for our own LED control enclosures. These enclosures can be designed to fit seamlessly into scenic items.
We have the ability to work with a wide range of CAD formats to quickly cost and design systems based on a designer's drawings.
Sheet metalwork
Is laser-cut, countersunk and powder-coated by external specialist fabricators, ready for assembly in-house.
Tubes, Strips, Battens
Much of what will be fitted to a set is prepped in advance of fitting to the set, with an emphasis on robust chassis connectors provided for anything that is likely to be removed or disconnected for travel.
3D Printing
Usually printed in PETG, custom brackets, spacers and endcaps are designed to complement the wide variety of LED profiles available to us.
Cable
We can manufacture most types of cable, - we will often supply a complete cable-call for a project, including power, data and extra-low-voltage LED cables.
Assembly
Once all our components are specified, designed, cut or sourced, the finished items are assembled in our own workshop.
